Projects in Glossa represent software implementations and serve as a central hub for all client engagement information. Each project contains input data, requirements, tasks, documentation, and more.

Create a separate project for each distinct client engagement. You can have multiple projects per client.

Source and Target Systems

When creating a project, define:

  • Source System - The legacy software the client is migrating from

  • Target System - The new system the client is migrating to

Both fields use custom values that will be accessible across all projects in your org.

Deleting Projects

โš ๏ธ Warning: Deleting a project permanently removes all associated data, including input files, requirements, tasks, and client associations. This action cannot be undone.
