Get started quickly with Glossa - key steps to take after creating an org

Follow these steps to get up and running in minutes: set up your organization and create your first project.

1. Create Your Organization

Sign up for an org at app.glossapro.ai. Set your organization name and upload a logo.

2. Add a Client

Add an internal Client record for your organization (like “Cloud Consulting - Internal”).

Add each person that you’ll invite to Glossa (in the next step) as a Contact. Adding Contact records for internal Glossa users allows team members to be assigned to Tasks.

3. Invite Team Members

Add as many team members as you’d like during the free trial; after the free trial, Glossa is billed per user per month.

From Members, you can also promote invited team members to be admins.

Important: All users can view and edit all projects in your organization.

4. Set Up Integrations

Enable integrations at the organization level to make them available for users to authenticate with their individual accounts.

Client Context Tools:

  • Video: Google Meet (requires Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar)

  • Drive: OneDrive, Google Drive

  • Email: Outlook, Gmail
