Add new team members or manage existing ones

A member's Status indicates:

  • Active: active user of Glossa

  • Pending: invited but hasn't activated their membership

  • Expired: invited but the invitation expired

Adding Members

Invite team members to the organization by clicking Add new member. Any user can invite a new member. Invitations expire after 7 days.

Note: When adding new users, also create corresponding contact records (via Clients)

Roles & Permissions

A member's Role indicates whether they are an Owner or a User.

All users in a Glossa org can view and edit all projects. Only Owners are able to manage billing, remove users and change their roles, and set up org-wide integrations.

The organization creator is the Owner by default; that person can upgrade any other users to Owner as well. There is no limit to the number of Owners in an org.

Only Owners can change member roles.

Removing Users

Only Owners can remove users. Users are not notified when they're removed from an org.
