How It Works
Glossa automatically processes recordings that include project client contacts. Recordings are sent to projects automatically; no additional user work is required.
⚠️ Important: Meetings must be recorded ⚠️
Setup Requirements
A user authenticates their individual account for that provider
A user uses Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar
The client that a project is associated with has at least one contact with an email address, and that contact is invited to meetings on the user's Outlook or Google calendar
The meetings are recorded
For Example
A user, Ursula, is working on a project with Acme Corporation. Her main stakeholder at Acme is Roadrunner.
Whenever there is a meeting on Ursula's calendar that Roadrunner is invited to (including meetings that Roadrunner owns), that meeting recording will automatically be sent to Glossa and used to generate or enhance requirements for the Acme project.
