Import files from OneDrive and Google Drive to create requirements

How it works: Users manually select files or folders to import to a project.

You’ll often have documents related to a project saved in a shared drive. These can be documents that clients have shared with you, or internal documents that you’ve created for the project. You can add these documents into Glossa to create or enrich existing requirements using our Drive integrations.

Supported File Types: docx, txt, pdf, csv, xlsx, pptx, jpg, jpeg, png, mp3, mp4
Maximum File Size: 1TB

Setup Requirements

File Security

Only the authenticated user has access to their drive and its contents. Once a file has been added to Glossa, it is available to all Glossa users.

Multiple Projects

To associate a file with multiple projects, re-import it into each project; cross-project file sharing is not supported.
