Import emails from Outlook and Gmail to create requirements

How it works: Users manually select emails to import to a project.

Setup Requirements

Processing Modes

  • Process ALL eligible emails automatically: this will find all emails that have a project contact in the To, From, or CC lines and import them into Glossa

    • Choose the timeframe for emails to extract, up to the last 3 months

  • SELECT specific emails: this will display all emails that have a project contact in the To, From, or CC lines and allow you to select which emails to import into Glossa

For Example

A user, Ursula, is working on a project with Acme Corporation. Her main stakeholder at Acme is Roadrunner.

All emails in Ursula's inbox that include Roadrunner in the To, From, or CC lines within the defined timeframe will be available to import into Glossa and used to generate or enhance requirements for the Acme project.

Email Security

Only the authenticated user has access to review the emails that should be imported. Once an email has been added to Glossa, it is available to all Glossa users.

Attachments

All email attachments are saved and processed along with the emails themselves.
