How It Works
Tag @GlossaBot in Slack to send messages or conversations into Glossa.
Setup Requirements
An Owner enables the Slack integration & connects to Slack
@GlossaBot is added to at least one Slack channel
The Slack channel is mapped to a Glossa project (a single Glossa project can have multiple associated Slack channels)
For Example
The team is using the Slack channel #roadrunner-opp to discuss an opportunity. That channel is mapped to a Glossa project, Roadrunner Implementation.
When a user tags @GlossaBot in a message in #roadrunner-opp, the contents of that message are sent to the Roadrunner Implementation project. The message is available in Files and Glossa automatically generates requirements from that message, if relevant.
When a user tags @GlossaBot in a thread, the contents of the conversation in the thread prior to the @GlossaBot tag are added to Glossa.
