Client Portal

Send requirements to clients to review and approve

The Glossa Client Portal is a secure, lightweight review environment where you can share requirements with your clients for approval — without giving them access to your Glossa workspace.

Once you've drafted your requirements, the client portal closes the loop. Instead of exporting to a spreadsheet, emailing a CSV, and manually reconciling feedback, you send your client a magic link. They review, approve, and flag questions directly. Everything is tracked in Glossa.

What the client portal does

  • Lets you select which requirements to share with a client

  • Lets you select which client contacts to share with

  • Generates a secure magic link for your client contact — no account or login required

  • Gives clients a clean, read-only view of requirements organized by category

  • Allows clients to approve requirements or flag them as Needs Review

  • Allows clients to leave comments on individual requirements

  • Notifies you when a client approves, flags, or comments

  • Tracks a full audit trail: who approved, flagged, and commented on what, and when

How it fits into your workflow

The client portal is the final step in the Glossa requirements lifecycle:

  1. Capture — Record meetings, upload documents, and import communications

  2. Generate — Glossa auto-generates structured requirements and user stories

  3. Refine — Review, edit, and organize requirements by category

  4. Share — Send selected requirements to your client via the portal

  5. Approve — Client reviews and approves; you resolve any flags

  6. Deliver — Move forward with a signed-off, traceable requirements set

Two views: consultant and client

There are two sides to the client portal experience:
